NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
The City of Osakis Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Thursday, January 16, 2025 to consider recommendation of an Ordinance Regulating Cannabis Businesses in the City of Osakis. The hearing will be held at 7:00 p.m. at the Ed Pollard Community Center, 20 Nokomis Street West, Osakis, MN 56360.

This Ordinance would add a section under the City of Osakis Zoning Code to allow the City Council to regulate certain cannabis businesses that may obtain licensed from the State of Minnesota.

Members of the public are invited to attend the hearing in person or send written comments to Osakis City Hall, PO Box 486, MN 56360, Attn. Planning Commission or email to [email protected]. All written comments must be submitted by 1:00 pm on the day of the hearing. The Ordinance is available for viewing at City Hall one week before the hearing date.
