SIDEWALK SNOW REMOVAL REMINDER

The owner or occupant of any property adjacent to a public sidewalk shall use diligence to keep the walk safe for pedestrians. No owner or occupant shall allow snow or ice to remain on the sidewalk longer than 24 hours after its deposit there on. The City Council shall designate officials who will remove the snow and ice if the homeowner or occupant has not complied. The cost of such removal shall be assessable to the homeowner per Ordinance #92.21
