Meeting was called to order by Mayor Gary Astleford at 4:02pm.

Pledge of Allegiance was spoken

Present: Gary Astleford, Keith Emerson, James Tholen, Bruce Pederson, Lloyd Hagemann

Absent: None

Council interviewed the following applicants:

Water/Wastewater Superintendent

• 4:00 Ronald Kleinschmidt
• 4:20 Garry Bennett
• 4:40 Todd Anderson
• 5:00 Gary Klovstad
• 5:20 Matthew Brekke

After the interviews and much discussion on qualifications the council chose to have the clerk call Ronald Kleinschmidt and Gary Klovstad to let them know they are the two finalist for the position and the council would like them to come back in the next week and look at the facilities and ask questions. The council will then set up second interviews to let them ask questions, and address concerns.

The clerk presented the Professional Service Proposal – Agreement with Landteam to do the Engineering in the project.

Motion by Pederson seconded by Hagemann to have Gary Astleford sign the agreement with Landteam for the Industrial Park Improvement Project, all ayes, Emerson Absent

Motion by Pederson seconded by Hagemann to adjourn the meeting at 6:53pm, when put to a vote: in favor, Pederson, Hagemann, Tholen. Against: Astleford. Emerson Absent.
