Call meeting to order by Mayor Gary Astleford at 6:03pm.

Pledge of Allegiance was spoken

Present: Gary Astleford, Keith Emerson, Jim Tholen, Bruce Pederson, Lloyd Hagemann

Absent: None

Motion by Emerson seconded by Pederson to open the public hearing at 6:03pm, all ayes

The purpose of this public hearing is to get input from the citizens that received notice of their estimated assessment of their property abutting the Industrial Park Improvements.

George Pehl was present representing Delores Johnson of 512 1^st Ave E. Question the assessments to the property owners that are not included in the Industrial Park.

Leroy Mackove stated it would make is rent higher and they have a hard time get renters now.

Jacob Wiener stated it was a good improvement and can see how it would benefit his property greatly, and is for the project.

Council would like to have Traci Ryan at the next council meeting for information on Bonding for the project.

After everyone present had the opportunity to be heard.

Motion by Emerson seconded by Pederson to close the public hearing at 7:08pm, all ayes.

Keith Emerson read the resolution to be passed by the council.

A Resolution was presented by Emerson seconded by Pederson to call for preparation of plans and specs for the improvements in the Industrial Park for Third Avenue, Pike Street E, and Rush Street. When put to a vote the resolution passed unanimously, all ayes.

Motion by Pederson seconded by Tholen to adjourn the meeting at 7:10pm, all ayes.
