Pledge of Allegiance was spoken 

Present: Hagemann, Peterson, Astleford, Timmerman

Absent: Emerson 

Project #376 – Capital Improvement Planning Summary 

Traci Ryan and David Drowns from David Drowns and Associates were in attendance regarding the Capital Improvement Planning Summary. 

David gave a presentation and stated he would give us a print out of the presentation. 

Motion by Pederson seconded by Hagemann to adjourn meeting, all ayes, Emerson absent.  Meeting adjourned at 8:30pm
