Special Meeting
March 2, 2005

Mayor Astleford called the meeting to order at 9:30 AM
The pledge of Allegiance was spoken.
Present: Hagemann, Astleford, Nordstrom, Emerson, Timmerman
Absent: None
Project # 360 – Comprehensive Plan
Gary Nordstrom asked someone to come and talk to the council for the Comprehensive Plan.
Karin Tank (Rep from Municipal Development Group Inc.) was in attendance and explained the procedure and different aspects of a comprehensive Plan. She left three plans from different cites which they did.
She said the complete plan would cost from $17,000 to $25,000.
After all questions were asked by the council the consensus was for Karin Tank to give the council a break down of what the fees were for each part of the plan.
Project # 5 – East Side Pond
The council received a copy of an e-mail from Julie Klocker at Sauk River Watershed District.
Tom Klemenhagen brought a plan to do a Regional Pond in which the council approved Tom Klemenhagen to take to the March 16th meeting at Sauk River Watershed.
Project # 223 – West Side Pond
Tom Klemenhagen was in attendance to discuss West Side Pond.
He has met with Rollie regarding the land for the pond.
Tom wants the amendment from MNDOT signed at the next Council Meeting.
Motion by Emerson seconded by Hagemann to adjourn the meeting at 11:30am, All Ayes.
